Our office participates with the majority of insurance plans available to patients.  If you have any questions as to whether our office is a participating provider with your insurance, please call our office at 816 531-2111.

Our office will charge a fee to send a complete copy of your medical records to another provider if you are transferring care. That same fee applies if the copy of the medical records is sent to the patient. There is no charge for your medical records to be sent to another provider if you are only transitioning care. Please call our office to see what the current fee is, as that fee is updated annually in accordance with the Missouri Revised Statute for Medical Records section 191.227.1.
